Making sure it always has some part protein in it. Besides that i snack, a lot!🤓😂 bc these things are next level delicious & I ain’t missing out on all the fun of trying it all. Balance is key. I train consistently back home, eat my healthy food, do my movement and one month away won’t undo that☺️ just a gentle reminder to enjoy your food on vacation!❤️ one sugary or “bad” meal won’t make you fat, as well as one super healthy meal won’t make you skinny.
