Doing his workout. Me: ☠️😂 I think I’ve grown a little piece if chest today haha! It’s so much fun to try others their workout regime, got me good🥵!!

The workout we did:
🥑 Warm up & dynamic stretching.
🍪 Narrow grip pull down.
🧋 Chest press supported row.
🍪 Dumbell upper back row.
🧋 Cable chest press.
🍪 Shoulder press.
🧋 Single arm row, machine.
🍪 Upperback row.
🧋 Shoulder raise, cable machine.
📝 -> we did 3 sets of all and mostly 10 reps each.
