The Hell’s Kitchen Farm Project is on a mission to foster a more food secure community. The harvest from the rooftop farm supplies a food pantry at street level with almost 500 pounds of fresh produce each season. Tiffany Triplett Henkel, a founding member of the Hell’s Kitchen Farm Project, has worked with a dedicated group of volunteers to provide access to healthy, nutritious food for the 1,300 people who utilize the program each year for the last 14 years.
