Some days you don’t have time to go to the gym, but you can still achieve your fitness goals with a 15 min workout on the go.
Today I will show you a leg workout you can do anywhere without equipment, to improve strength, balance and explosiveness.
Jumping squats (20 reps, 3 sets)
Side squats (10 reps per side, 3 sets)
Knee ups (16 reps, alternating legs, 3 sets)
Jumping forward (10 reps, 3 sets)
Alternating jumping lunges (16 total, 2 sets)
Pistol squats (5 per side, 3 sets)
Vertical jumps (16 reps, alternating first step, 2 sets)
Done in less than 15 minutes and ready to continue with your day!

A volte non si ha molto tempo per allenarsi, ma si può comunque perseguire i propri obiettivi di fitness con un allenamento di soli 15 minuti!
Oggi vi farò vedere un allenamento per le gambe a corpo libero, che potete fare ovunque senza attrezzatura, per migliorare la forza, l’equilibro e la potenza.
