@genevieve.trainor from the US is working alongside @unity.and.strength_ in Ukraine and cinematographer and humanitarian @marcinbanasiak to tell the stories of everyday heroes and how daily life goes on in Ukraine — stories that are largely untold in the news.

These images tell the story of Unity and Strength and its founder, Natalia (@be_happyy_y_y), a real estate agent from Kharkiv, Ukraine who started Unity and Strength at the start of russia’s full-scale war. "We want people to know that they have not been forgotten, and that love and care have always been the main weapons against many problems."

Despite all, the Ukrainian people remain resilient — with many thanks to groups like Unity and Strength, which is supported by the Copernicus Group.
