It’s all organic, seasonal and responsibly sourced which makes you feel so sustained and nourished 🥬 They produce their own natural fertilizers and herbicides to help their vegetables and fruits grow in a healthy way 🌱 The composting site feeds the farm’s soil and the hotel educates children and grown-ups about the importance of composting their own green waste 👏 Herbs are harvested and distilled on-site to extract essential oils used in spa treatments 🌿 They maintain beehives for honey harvesting and to stimulate local crop growth from pollination 🐝 Their goats process landscaping waste and produce milk for homemade cheeses 🐐 The hotel is powered by renewable energy with plastic free and zero waste targets 💚 You can make your own natural products in their Earth Lab! Like DIY compost and chemical-free detergent or extracting the essential oils from herbs grown in their organic gardens. Children can join in foraging, farming and recycling ♻️ Local artisan craftsmanship follows you throughout the hotel, and so much attention and thoughtfulness has been paid to every detail.
