『Good morning! 』と部屋の家具や植物に声かけて、その日の気分で音楽や森の音をBGMにしながらヨガしたり、瞑想したり、掃除したり、洗濯物干したり、料理の仕込みしたり……🌞🧹🌷🪴👚🧘‍♀️

そんな、
ありきたりの「日常」が心から愛おしい。
心から平和だと思う。

For me, a regular morning where I put my favorite music or forest BGM in the background while doing the house routine is such a peaceful time and can’t love it enough 💜🌹🧘‍♀️

So, I personally think that morning is so important and key to make the day as peaceful as possible ✨✨
