Now, Daichi is a designer for Zoff's glasses frames. He's had an interest in fashion since being a teenager and loves style - and even studied design at university.  "My vision has been weak since I was a child, so I've always worn glasses. Around the time I entered high school, I took a liking to fashion. I loved clothes, but I didn't have much money back then so I was never able to buy any. It was around the time I paid a visit to Zoff. I realised that changing your glasses is also a way to enjoy style."  "I find inspiration for design when I'm walking around town, too: in building architecture, shop displays, the get-ups I spot people wearing amongst the crowds... There are ideas and hints in lots of different places. I also follow international eyewear brands as well as celebrities and artists who wear glasses on Instagram, and even check out the magazines and visual media they appear in. The other day, I was looking at the sunset. I thought to myself, 'What a beautiful gradation. I wonder if I can't recreate that in a glasses frame.'
