The Reunion knot: a hopeful symbol of togetherness after a year of disconnection.
The Chinese character for ‘knot’, 結, can also be found in the word for ‘unity’, 團結, which is what sparked our interest in decorative knots this Lunar New Year. The Reunion or Gathering Knot is one of them. Beautifully intricate, it is a symbol of the ties that unite us—even at a distance.
