中島史恵さんのインスタグラム写真 - (中島史恵Instagram)「いきなりすみません💦。『お姉さん座り❤️』出来ますか?  ヨガの中では安楽座と言われる、いわゆる『アグラ座り』が多いのですが、実は『お姉さん座り❤️』も骨盤調整的にはとっても大事なポーズの一つです😊  ちっちゃい子達は、いとも簡単にペタッと平気で出来ちゃうのですが、年齢と共にどうしても女性は骨盤が開き気味になりやすいですし、また出産で動いた骨盤がその後に戻しきれてなかったり、また逆に反り腰になってしまうと意外と出来にくくなったりが原因の一つみたいです💦  私のクラスではあえて、普段しない逆のポーズ『お姉さん座り❤️』や『横座り❤️』などを骨盤の状態を見るために入れさせて頂いてます!  お家でもできるので、ぜひお風呂上がりや寝る前の習慣にしてされてみて下さいです😊。最初出来なくても、無理せず少しづつでいいのでやり続けていくと、出来る様になってきますので😊⭐️。骨盤底筋も使うので、女性ホルモンup、背骨の綺麗なライン創りにも効果的です😊。但し、もし腰や膝等が痛いなぁと感じた時には、その一歩手前までにして、くれぐれも無理はしないで下さいねん🌟。  撮影中でもお姉さん座りを、女性らしさを演出する為にすることもあります💦骨盤の広さとか、角度で男性には、身体の構造上出来にくいポーズみたいですよん。今日もレッスンでしっかり整えていきましょう😊❤️  I'm sorry for the suddenness💦Can you sit down ❤️?
