Time for a fun and quick breakfast recipe for your kids as they head back to school. A nourishing breakfast meal with MILO @milosingapore that contains MILK+MORE, giving kids the calcium and protein of milk plus vitamins & minerals!
Pandan bread sandwich with salad,
Ingredients
Pandan bread
BBQ chicken breast
Lettuce
Slice tomato
Slice cheese
Butter
Mayonnaise
Sushi seaweed
Tomato sauce (optional)
Steps
Cut the pandan bread into a rectangular shape for the “MILO” character
Fill with your favourite nutritious sandwich ingredients such as bbq chicken breast, lettuce and tomato
Cut the remaining pandan bread into tennis racket and tennis ball shapes
Cut and decorate the “MILO” character’s face with sushi seaweed for features, and tomato sauce for cheeks. The words "MILO" are made using the leftover crust
Cut and decorate the tennis racket details using sushi seaweed and slice cheese
Fill the rest of the bento with greens or if you like, fruits.
