"A walking meditation practise outdoors in nature helps you to feel and see a bigger picture and recognise our interconnectedness with all things here on earth," Cristina explains. ⁠

"As you walk, notice how your body feels. Pay attention to your legs, feet and arms with each step that you take. Feel the contact of your front foot as it touches the ground and the movement of your body as you move into your next step. If you become lost in thought as you walk, use the next step as an opportunity to start over. Using your sense of sight, look around and try to absorb every detail: notice the scents of the plants, flowers and herbs, listen to the healing sounds of the birds and bumble bees and look up to the sky and feel the infinity."⁠ 🌿 @cristinachandikama #bamford #walkingmeditation #natureheals
