South African photographer and 2020 LOBA finalist, Lindokuhle Sobekwa, describes the transformation of a place he visited as a child. Daleside, a community south of Johannesburg, was once dominated by white people and the portraits, taken in recent years, reveal the changes and show how the problems of Daleside compare to those of other places in the country.
