Russian photographer, Emil Gataullin, introduces us to a slowly disappearing village on the banks of the Mezen, a river in Northern Russia. In his "Mezen: By Sky’s Edge" series, Gataullin gives viewers a glimpse of a region which was once an important agricultural center, but has gradually lost significance and has forced inhabitants to once again be self-sufficient.
