Plum pecan sourdough upsidedown cake.

Plums are in season now!
Even though this cake is less 30g both sugar and butter, thanks to plums and sourdough starter, it's still buttery juicy texture with a hint of crunchiness🥰
I also put a spoon of rum which makes taste more flavourful.
I'm totally happy with the result!

ルヴァンの余り種を使って(←いつもながら)プラムとピーカンナッツのアップサイドダウンケーキ。

今旬のプラムは熟した甘味と酸味のバランスが絶妙でとっても美味しい❤️
このケーキは砂糖もバターも30g以下ですが、フルーツと酵母の旨味のおかげで物足りなさを感じません。

中の生地はしっとりホロホロで、外側はサクッと香ばしい。
今回はラム酒を入れて風味付けしてみましたよ🥰
フルーツの旬に合わせてりんごやパイナップルでも美味しそう。
