貝、イソギンチャク、カブトガニ、アンモナイトをイメージしました♡

■材料
生地
・小麦粉…200g
・ラード…20g
・砂糖…40g
・水…80ml
.
・スイートポテト…80g
・紫芋スイートポテト…50g
・食用スプレー…適量
.
■Ingredients
Dough
・Flour...200g
・Lard...20g
・Sugar...40g
・Water...80ml
.
・Sweet potatoes...80g
・Purple sweet potato…50g
・Edible spray...appropriate amount

■手順
1. ボウルに生地の材料を入れてひとまとまりになるまで混ぜ、室温で1時間寝かせる。
2. 生地を麺棒で伸ばしてセルクルでくり抜く。
3. 好きな形に成型し、スイートポテト、紫芋スイートポテトを包んで、180度のオーブンで20分焼く。
4. 食用スプレーを吹き付けて完成です。

■ Steps
1. Put the ingredients of the dough in a bowl and mix, then let sit for 1 hour at room temperature.
2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it out with cookie cutter.
3. Mold into the desired shape, wrap sweet potatoes and purple sweet potatoes, then bake in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
4. Spray with edible spray to complete.
