Tried doing some sketches before I ink them but failed many times because I was being too careful and concious on following the pencil lines. This is my non-sketched attempt which turned out to be one of the better result. For me, it works so much better when I gather up the courage and just go ahead with writing directly without any sketches, to just let my imagination run free and let my instinct lead the way.
