【🥗sticky/slimy salad with natto&okura🥗】
One of my most favorite dish when I have no appetite in summer!
I love this texture❤︎sticky and slimy...and tastes refreshing!

＊How To Cook
1. cut okura and tomato into bite size pieces

2. mix natto very well and add with okura and tomato with sauce. (with a bit vinegar is preferable)

3. topping with sesame and shred ginger: optional

【🥗納豆とオクラのネバネバサラダ🥗】
食欲があまり湧かない時(大抵前日たべすぎ😵)、こういうネバネバあっさりサラダが◎
このこれでもか！っていうくらいのネバネバ感がたまらない❤︎

＊作り方
1.オクラとトマトを一口大にカット

2.納豆をしっかり混ぜて、オクラとトマトと付随のタレで味付ける(少しお酢をいれてもよし)

3.お好みでゴマとすり生姜をトッピングして

4.完成♡
