It is great to mix a dynamic yoga practice with a yin practice. Yin yoga is a slower form of yoga that targets the fascia - the deep connective tissue that runs throughout the body - resulting in a stronger support system for the muscles that we work with a yang yoga practice such as hatha or ashtanga. Hella Lund @hellalundyoga is a teacher at our Bamford Wellness Spa in London.
