Twisting asana💕
sometimes I do neglect the twisting asanas in my practice.
There are so many twisting asanas to choose from but not a lot of them that I enjoy with. (I shouldn’t escape from them, but be more mindful🤣)
One of the reasons behind is that I have sensitive knee(especially on the right side), we have to be extra careful and mindful with our knees in some twisting asanas. .
