「オリエンタルハイボール」
本日はORIENTAL HOTEL開業から変わらない、オリジナルハイボールのレシピをご紹介いたします。
氷を使わないスタイルのこのハイボールは、ウィスキーの甘み・旨みを際立たせ、味が薄まることなく最後までゆっくりとお楽しみいただけます。
今夜はいつもと違う雰囲気で、こだわりの1杯を楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか。

[材料]
お好みのウィスキー...45ml
ソーダ...190ml
[作り方]
お好きなウィスキーを冷凍庫で、グラスとソーダは冷蔵庫でしっかり冷やとしておきます。
オリエンタルハイボールは氷を使わないので、ここでしっかり冷やしておくことが大きなポイントです。
グラスにウィスキーをいれ、その上からソーダを静かに注ぎます。
ステアをしない方が、炭酸をより楽しむことができ、美味しく召し上がっていただけます。

While we unfortunately can’t share the precise blend of whisky our bartenders use due to trade secrets, we are sure that this recipe will become one of your new TGIF traditions!

「Ingredients」
45ml of your favorite whisky
190 of soda water
「Recipe」
First place whisky in freezer and chill for a few hours. At the same time, place the soda water and your favorite highball glass in the refrigerator. Our Oriental Highball does not use ice. This ensures that your highball will never become watered down while retaining the beautiful notes of your chosen whisky.

Once chilled, pour whisky into glass followed by soda water. Do not stir or mix. The carbonation will do all the work for you.

Lastly, sit back and enjoy!
