@netaporter I love u guys, and that’s why I kept ordering from you and have not shopped at other retailers . I am not usually bothered when it arrives. I have had any problem with items, they have been greatly packaged , with dusters and beautifully packed. All I have asked is that because I am loyal , and ordered in advance and that my holiday is on Wednesday , I just want my item on time . That is all, what upset me the most is I respected that it’s a busy time because of the same and I was patient but when I see influencers who have received their items and have ordered later than I have. That’s when I found it extremely unfair and unjust, ?, just give me a message or reply back and tell me if my item will be dispatched. So then I can order directly from @loveshackfancy .

@mayaivgy officially over a week now.... just told by staff on phone she can't tell me anything about when it will be dispatched. Really not at all impressed and will be continuing my loyalty with matches who have exemplary customer service and will also try mytheresa who I have used once before and I think it arrived the next day without an extortionate shipping charge

I am in shock! My order place 3 days ago and still in process! I was needed for my item for Monday! I have sent a lot of mails-no reply, I called multiple times-no answer! Very very disappointed! Want my money back! What’s going on with you, @netaporter ??!!

Why is my order not shipped!!! This is ridiculous they take you order hold your money but don’t ship the things. When you try to phone them you wait for 20 minutes then the cut you off. I did this 4 times and then give up !! I would like my order !!

@starlightz1 Same experience as you. Never had problems in the past with delivery. Cancelled my order yesterday after a week and no response to DMs. Pity was with the chat function on website i got response asap.
