mvzsuzsanna I received an expired luxury beauty product as part of my order and contacted you immediately. I sent pictures and asked for a refund. I still did not get a proper answer after two emails and lots of pictures. The product is a set of serums for the face what expired more then 1 months ago and has already different color then it stated on the instructions. After sales should be a very important part of your customer service. I am your client since net-a-porter exists and never complained about anything. It does not fit to a luxury brand to ignore the clients with complains. I always read here in the comments that your customer service got worse, now I can confirm it myself. Such a shame when you see how many competitors there are on the market.

starlightz1 Hi, I am an extremely loyal customer , and have called your call centre a two times telling them that I even delayed my flight to receive these items, she put down a recommendation for me which was declined by you guys, but were able to ship out to influencers house that same time and next day ( know some friends in this business) my items are from @loveshackfancy they were not in the sale, and I was told it would be dispatched by Thursday , still nothing . I sent many emails........no reply. I called , but you answered as I was on the line for at least 20 minutes . I am loyal customer for many years who buys from your website and the two girls I spoke to on the phone agreed both put recommendations for me and still declined . @netaporter
