I took time out to make some Disney Macarons! These macarons tasted really yummy! And of course so kawaii right ♥️ I rarely make macarons... but now I feel inspired to make them again.
It was also nice to be back baking something again , getting my mojo back in class. Someone asked me, why do I still attend class?
Well simply because I always enjoy learning and taking classes.
I also don’t make Italian style macarons (usually French) so it was nice to do this recipe. Not to mention enjoying being a student (fellow instructors will know it’s a luxury to be a student - haha minimal prep work, no washing, no need to talk/explain, no need to pack up 😂)
Maybe some people find it weird (or are curious) that an instructor will take classes?
