The Hayakawa Ridge connects Mt. Kai-Komagatake and the Hoo Sanzan Mountains. The ridgeline stretching at 2,700m (8,858ft) above sea level offers a wonderful opportunity for a quiet traverse while viewing Mt. Kai-Komagatake, Mt. Senjogadake, and Mt. Kitadake. The peak in the middle is Mt. Asayomine with an altitude of 2,799m (9,183ft).
