“For me it’s the story I’m trying to tell, so I’m not worried about imagery because I know that’s going to come from the story. So the story for me is always first and foremost. The first step is: what is the story we're trying to tell?" These are the comments of director @OfficialSpikeLee during the press conference for the inauguration of the new film program of @FondazionePrada in Milan starting October 5, 2018, which includes screenings, movie marathons and discussions. The film program is structured in three strands - Soggettiva, Indagine and Origine - that correspond to specific days of the week.
A special event, featuring a public conversation between @TheasterGates, #SpikeLee, #DeeRees and #OkwuiEnwezor, inaugurated the program.
