Each morning I do my morning ceremony, I end it with a prayer to All. I pray to all of my friends and family, to all of my lovers past present and future, to all of those who I may never meet physically in this lifetime but who I acknowledge that I am always infinitely connected to. I send love, wisdom, courage, patience, clarity, compassion, joy, ease, and understanding out to the Universe. I pray that All (you) experience the pure love you are at the very core of your being, and then I always say “but I know a prayer is not always necessarily because exactly when they’re meant to they will, and so that’s why I sit back in gratitude and trust that everything that’s happening in my life and the lives of other’s is for a perfectly Divine reason. It could never not be.” I think it’s really important to understand that prayer is not confined to specific religions and it is not just another way to wish, hope, and whine. It is a way to send out our unique energetic vibration to All That Is by way of thoughts, words, and feeling...to connect to Source, to set a clear intention each morning, to reflect, and most importantly to give thanks regardless of how our prayers may be answered.
