"Sure" and "Of course" is used when you are accepting a favor from someone else and you can usually use either one of them.
*
However, depending on the type of question you asked, “sure” can sound more enthusiastic.
*
And “Of course” is used when you are talking to someone that you respect like your boss.
*
For example..

??Hey Lisa, please make sure to complete this project by April.
??Of course. I'll make sure to do that.
??OK. That would be very helpful.
*
And "Sure" is used like this.
*
??Hey Lisa, I baked some cake last weekend. Do you want some?
??Sure! Thank you.
