今日の和菓子はねりきり で作った #六花 です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
茶道 で使われる「主菓子」の一種です。
#撮影 用に作成しました。
今日は島根県にも雪が降るらしいです。
タイヤ交換面倒くさいな〜。
Today's wagashi is #Crystal of snow with Nerikiri.
The Nerikiri is the material of wagashi made by mixing the rice cake and yam
in white bean.
Is a kind of “Omogashi" as used in the tea ceremony.
