Received a ton of mizuna, kabu greens and another leafy green Japanese vegetable I forgot the name of from my friend who grows them on his farm, and serves at his restaurant @stirlingsake . Took an entire morning cleaning and lightly blanching them to keep in the fridge and serve as ohitashi, use in soups and salads, stir fry...and experiment with! Thinking of trying a spanakopita recipe using the kabu green and mizuna mixed together, might be interesting!
