土用の丑の日

大好きな鰻なので
毎日の様にでも
食べたいです。

しかし、タレが甘すぎて
白焼きの方を好んで食べています。

エシャロットと生米、刻んだ鰻を使い
リゾットに仕上げました。
バルサミコとバター、赤ワインでソースを
最後にタップリのチーズで仕上げました。

本家の鰻ではありませんが
私はこちらの方を好んで食べています。
