とても変な天候の毎日。
快晴かと思えば
スコールとライオンが響き渡る日々。
南国とはいえ、亜熱帯の国のような
日々の天候。

深夜に急にプリンが食べたくなり
急遽、地鶏の卵と、生クリーム、バニラで
作りました。ブリュレにもなったのですが、カラメルの苦味が欲しくて、カスタードプリンとなりました。
