Cafe Koku : Enjoy a panoramic view of the ocean from this local cafe

Built on a hill overlooking the ocean in Nakijin village is Cafe Koku, a husband and wife run cafe that gives extra special attention to the quality of their ingredients. The cafe’s menu is built on the foundation of locally grown vegetables which are sourced from a nearby farm. Careful not to overpower the natural flavor of the vegetables, each dish is seasoned to simple perfection. Everything about this cafe is hand crafted; from the tempura vegetables which can only be found in Okinawa, to the Nagaoka style fermented brown rice and desserts.
