"I faced my fears today and hiked alone. I got lost, slipped on wet fallen trees, was waist deep in snow and at one point cried out of frustration of being lost. I pushed on and on, deeper into the woods, determined not to let myself down. Finally I turned back, worried the weather was getting worse and I wouldn't find my way back.
