Ginza is a sancturary of beef stew! There are famous places like 'Gin no to' and 'elbe' but I personaly like Japanese style beef stew at "Koyo"☺️ It is directly run by a well-established Ryokan in Yamagata and uses very good Yonezawa beef for their rich and starchy stew.
