Body weight/conditioning day came early this week. People often ask what I do for cardio and dis is it; one of these workouts a week usually.
I don't particularly enjoy cardio machines and this way I get to work on some body weight exercises (like explosive pushies) and stay entertained because let's be reality, I clearly enjoy jumping around.
My view on cardio is that I like to have it available as a tool to increase my deficit if I'm dieting (so expend more energy and keep more food in my diet) but would rather maintain my weight without a lot of it.
For most exercises I did 3 sets with reps of 8-12 but it depends which ones (some more, some less) and I supersetted the less strenuous ones. Finished with some sprints. It had been a hot while 😳. I swear I was actually sweating after those.
Also I finally listened after getting about 100 comments about it and got some wireless headphones (like a year later) @sudiosweden. Fine, I'll admit it was nice not having my stupid phone fly out of my sports bra 🙈 #procrastinatorlife
