12月2日(金)から、CPCMでは高山英樹氏による木工家具のPOP-UPを開催致します。高山英樹氏は、益子町在住の木工作家です。現在は家具や雑貨、オブジェなど、幅広いアイテムを生み出しています。今回CPCMでのPOP-UPでは、高山英樹氏の独自の感性と経験により造られる素晴らしい作品の中から、CPCMディレクター熊谷隆志によってセレクトされたアイテムを多数展開致します。特に今回、沢山入荷するオブジェは独特な美しいフォルムでお部屋を彩ること間違いなしのものばかり。その他にも、テーブルや椅子なども入荷致します。是非、この機会に高山英樹氏の木工作品の温かみに触れてみてはいかがでしょうか。店頭にて心よりお待ちしております。高山英樹 1964年石川県能登生まれ。文化服装学院卒業後、都内で舞台衣装や布のオブジェを制作。のちに、北米、中米、アジア、ヨーロッパなどを旅しながら、国内で内装や家具の制作も手がけるようになる。2002年に益子町に移住。最近では自分で手作りした家に、国内外のアーティストが訪れて、特にカリフォルニアのHEATH　CERAMICSでの展示を機に、国際交流が盛んになっている。 CPCM is launching a woodwork POPUP store by Hideki Takayama on December 2nd, 2016. Hideki is a woodwork artist residing in Mashiko Town, Tochigi Prefecture. He is currently producing a wider range of work in furniture, accessories, and artwork. CPCM will be launching the POPUP store with numerous work selected by the Director, Takashi Kumagai, among the immense work created with Hideki’s own sensibility and experience. The work selected for this POPUP store which includes tables and chairs will definitely enrich your room with their unique and beautiful forms. Hideki Takayama Born in 1964 in Noto City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Hideki Takayama graduated from Bunka Fashion College and became a woodwork furniture artist after creating numerous stage costume and fabric art objects. As he traveled throughout North America, Central America, Asia, and Europe, he began producing interior designs and furniture. After relocating to Mashiko Town in 2002, his very own residence attracted many artists from his home country and also out abroad.
