Meet the lovely & sweet Lisbeth Mardona @infini7ea of @wearemazarine ✨ A barista for about a year, Lisbeth quickly learned the art of coffee and her latte art is absolutely lovely! A Bay Area sweetie, Lisbeth loves SF because of the relaxed vibe the city possesses, "People here manage to be pretty chill and down-to-earth, despite the hustle and bustle that comes with being a big city." One of the best things about being a barista is interacting with so many different people. Lisbeth mentioned she loves seeing the variety of people that's comes into the cafe, "From the shy little kid whose parents told them to order by themselves, to the traveling old-timer who wants to sit back and relax, and everyone in-between." She expressed a situation at work that was kinda crazy "About a month or so ago, I was taking the order of an older european(?) gentleman, and he remarked, "You were here last year!" Not sure which was more shocking, that someone rmembered me after so long, or that I haven't changed much since last year, or that I've even been here for a whole year. Crazy thoughts, all of them." I'm always curious to find out how one decides to become a barista...what triggered that passion. For Lisbeth it was much less "I want to be a barista and work with coffee!" than "I want to work in a pretty cafe!" At Mazarine, the baristas specializes in rosettas & tulips and Lisbeth really knows her latte art!! Totally on point and so IG worthy 😉👌🏻 One of her goals is to one day open a cafe with her siblings, serving awesome coffee and nice tea (boba tea too). She would love to sell her mother's chiffon and tiramisu cakes...so yum!! On her days off she loves to catch up on sleep and her fav day is Sunday! Being with friends and family is important to Lisbeth and every Sunday she makes it a point to spend time with people she loves.
