One of @coffeebarsf most awesome barista, Mehdi Chung ( @sflattewizard ). A barista for 7 years, born and raised in San Francisco Mehdi enjoys living the SF life. Mehdi knew he wanted to be a barista the first time he realized the intricate details one have to pay attention to in preparing coffee. I asked him to tell me one crazy incident that happened in the cafe, "One time during my shift, a customer whom I’ve never met or seen before, recognized me. She asked "Aren’t you the guy on instagram who posts really good latte art?" She recognized me from social media, which I thought was pretty crazy." Very true! His latte art is awesome guys!! Some of Mehdis' goals is to travel the world, open up a coffee shop here in SF and Korea one day. I asked him to describe to me his perfect day, "Wake up, exercise, drink coffee, make coffee, drive my super cars, play with my dogs, go to sleep, and repeat."
