Photograph by @Thomas Peschak A smack of jellyfish is trapped by tide and current in the mouth of a small stream in Canada's Great Bear Rainforest. To reach the jellyfish in the cool and clear seawater below I first had to free dive through tea colored Tanin stained river water. The sting of the whitish moon jellyfish is extremely mild but the tentacles of the orange colored lions mane jellyfish pack a more virulent punch. It was those I had to avoid at all cost while shooting this image. #Canada #greatbearrainforest @pacificwild @saveourseasfoundation @ナショナルジオグラフィック
