Warren Buffett says he's been paying federal income tax since 1944, when he was 13 years old. "I have copies of all 72 of my returns and none uses a carryforward," the billionaire and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway said in a statement following Donald Trump's attacks on his tax payments in Sunday's debate. Trump claimed that Buffett took a "massive deduction" in 1995 that allowed him to avoid federal income tax. The presidential nominee has gone against recent precedent in not releasing tax returns, claiming he cannot because he is under audit.
