Yosemite National Park employs hundreds of workers including a high percentage of millennials to help service the over 4,000,000 tourists arriving in the Valley each year. For many young people, this is a first time experience living close to nature, and one that will reshape their appreciation for being outside forever. For others, working in the park, allows them free time to climb, highline, and backpack day after day, and share the experience with new friends.
