Photo by @Cory Richards //#NatGeoInspires Curiosity // A climber @mikelibecki ascends a fixed line 1,500 feet off the ground on Bertha's Tower, a 2,000 foot spire in the Wohlthat range of Queen Maud Land, Antarctica during a National Geographic expedition. First ascents on unclimbed peaks are driven by the curiosity to discover and explore not only the terrain, but ourselves. I've always thought of the opportunity to climb in these places as perhaps one of the greatest blessings I've had. You can't come back unchanged.
