Video for the Pikachu Mushipan is ready! Mushipan is Japanese steam cakes.
They are soft, yummy and so easy to make. In fact you can adapt the recipe as desired for other designs too.
Recipe makes 6, approx 4.5cm cake

Ingredients:
2 medium eggs
Vanilla essence
100g plain yogurt (with sugar) *if sugarless, add 50g sugar
0.5 Tbsp salad oil
150g hotcake mix (I used Morinaga)
1g baking powder
For deco/color:
0.5 tsp cake flour
Red icing color, as needed
0.5 tsp black cocoa powder
Yellow icing color, as needed
1 tsp cake flour
Steaming time for cakes 16-18mins
Steaming time for ears 4-5mins
