This little ocelot’s mother was killed for the trade in endangered species and this kitten taken for the pet trade.
Wild animals are NOT PETS. THIS OCELOT IS NOW DEAD, 8 days after it was rescued. It spent 3 days
@cabildoverde then entered a vet clinic. This ocelot could have never been released into the wild as she did not receive the education on how to survive and hunt from her mom.

These cats homes - the rainforests are vitally important to us as humans.
Forests and grasslands provide 75% of the freshwater on the planet - and 50 % of the oxygen we need to breathe! The Amazon alone provides 20% of the oxygen. As I have been saying for years “If we save big cats we can help save ourselves”
