[Fruit tart speciality store, Quil Fait Bon] Because the queue to eat at Quil Fait Bon cafe at Ginza was like 2hours wait (I went during weekend), I did takeaway instead.
Thrilled to try out their spring menu - the Shiroichigo (white strawberries) fruit tart and the Sakura Cream Matcha Brûlée tart.
Both were equally good, I enjoyed the fruit sweet white strawberries, and the matcha brûlée balanced out the sweet Sakura cream well for the other. But would prefer the tart crust to be a little more buttery.
