今日は #イースター ( #復活祭 )なんじゃそりゃ？って感じですが
#たまご や #ひよこ #うさぎ をモチーフにすればokみたいです。
ということで今日の #和菓子 は #ねりきり で作ったヒヨコです。
お皿を卵に見たててみました。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
#茶道 で使われる「上生菓子」の一種です。
