Beautiful Sunday morning in Tokyo. I ventured out to Zojoji Temple which is right next door and by pure luck after walking into the main temple witnessed a monk procession and ceremony that touched the depths of my soul. I made my prayers thinking of my mother, my son, friends, wishing for everyone's safety and peace. Something was ringing inside of me and upon my return to the hotel and looking up which Buddhist sect the temple belongs to, I find out it is Johdoh Shinshuh...the sect of my family. #nocoincidences
