Eclairs can never get any better than this!
Santa speculoos eclair was so on point. Buttery choux pastry with craqueline, filled with creamy speculoos cream. So nom worthy.
Equally delectable was the Cranberry white chocolate eclair. Well-balanced in texture and flavours, with the tangy kick from the fresh cranberries.
Drinks wise, I prefer the earl grey latte over matcha latte but loved that the matcha latte was not too sweet.
@leclairpatisserie continues to surprise and delight with their beautifully crafted eclairs.
