MAV ON GOING WITH THE FLOW || With my decision to move far from home, I had to pull the safety net from beneath my feet. After a couple years of hard work, dedication and practice, things began to fall into place. In 2013 I joined Lookbook but it wasn’t until 2015 that I began to gain some recognition and earned myself a couple Instagram features. With a third feature in mind before the years end, I worked diligently and then let go; I knew whatever was meant to come my way would flow to me in it’s own way. Sure enough it came (and a month early at that). The opportunity to takeover Instagram for a day has been a longstanding goal of mine for years now. I hope my story can serve as inspiration for others to set sail towards their goals and be the Captain of their lives.
